T-ara reveals they were inspired by TVXQ for ‘Cry Cry’

T-ara has revealed that TVXQ was their role models for their latest song.

Starting on November 17th, T-ara began their comeback performances with the ballad and original versions of “Cry Cry“.

In order to show strong choreography and an androgynous appeal for “Cry Cry”, T-ara practiced powerful dances usually performed by men. T-ara pointed out that they made TVXQ their role models for their comeback and practiced ardently.

For the ballad version performance, T-ara showed a mournful and charismatic side of themselves that they haven’t shown before. Vocalist Soyeon to maknae Jiyeon captivated audiences with their charming vocal colors.

Then for the original version of “Cry Cry”, T-ara made a 180 degree shocking transformation with their powerful choreography. In particular, Hyomin showed a female warrior-like appeal during her cane dance.

The key choreography of “Cry Cry” are the poses that appear to be as if they are wiping away their tears. Also, during the performance, T-ara removes their jackets to give a powerful sexy transformation.

Meanwhile, T-ara continues to practice until the break of dawn and has asked fans to continue to watch over them.
