SHINee to end their Korean promotions and head to Japan for their tour

After dominating the music charts on all of the music programs during their promotions, SHINee will their Korean promotions after one short month.
SHINee's mini album title song "Sherlock" won first place for two consecutive weeks (April 6th and 13th} on Music Bank and SHINee won their triple crown Mutizen on Inkigayo on April 15th.

SHINee's mini album, "Sherlock," was released on the 21st of March and within ten days, 135,370 copies were sold. The album was ranked number one on the Gaon Chart and there were high expectations of the album from music fans who waited for SHINee's new album.

Their mini album placed 8th on the iTunes album chart and 9th on the Billboard World Album chart. SHINee's "Sherlock" music video appeared on famous talk show "Le Petit Journal" in France as well. SHINee indefinitely proved that they achieved global popularity and high recognition.

In addition, "Sherlock" was choreographed by Tony Testa, helping SHINee to show powerful and dramatic live performances that received lots of praise from music fans.

However, SHINee is finishing their promotions after only a month. They will be performing their goodbye stages on this week's episodes of the music shows.

SHINee will be starting their Japan tour called 'THE FIRST JAPAN ARENA TOUR SHINee WORLD 2012' on April 25th, starting in Fukuoka, Japan.
