Lee Minho's video clip for cosmetics brand Innisfree has caused servers to crash after its release online. Recently, it was confirmed that Lee Minho will be the promotional model for the cosmetic brand and it was revealed that the brand will be releasing an online movie, which will be promoted through social networks.
On the 9th of April, the promotional clip, titled "First Love," was uploaded on a special page created by the company. The clip is at least four minutes long and features Lee Minho in search for his first love.
As part of the brand's promotion, the website allows users to upload their photo, which will interactively appear in some scenes, and name to the video. The interactive function of the clip and the website allows users to recreate and choose the video's ending.
Although Innisfree previously stated that they have already increased the bandwidth of their server to accommodate the huge influx of fans, the server still crashed after the video's release. Lee Minho's popularity in China is widely reported after his latest event in the country had to be canceled due to the huge crowd that gathered.
