4minute’s long awaited comeback has stormed the music charts.
The title track for 4minute’s new album "Volume Up" was released at midnight on the 9th of April, and by 8AM KST, they had already taken the number 1 position on real time music charts such as Mnet, Soribada, and Bugs. They were also within the top 3 positions on Melon, Olleh music and Monkey 3, posing a real threat to Busker Busker, who is currently holding on to the top position.
4minute’s comeback concept transformed the five ladies into sexy female warriors, and they once again teamed up with Shinsadong Tiger, who has written songs for them since their debut, for "Volume Up."
The title track has a sophisticated tune which kicks off with a saxophone melody, and shows the unique strength and colors of the 4minute members. The expectations around this comeback are high, as fans look forward the girls’ new image in their performances.
