JYJ’s Jae Joong was recently selected as one of the celebrities who look good in jeans. Jae Joong ranked second on the 29th Best Jeanist Awards 2012 after Aiba Masaki.
The Best Jeanist Awards is one of the three popular fashion awards in Japan along with the ones held by Magazine Ang Ang and CDTV.
Japan Jeans Association selects a few celebrities who look good in Jeans every year. Jae Joong ranked third at the awards in 2010 and second last year.
On October 5, C-jeS Entertainment, Jae Joong’s agency, said, “It’s proven that Jae Joong is one of the most popular Korean celebrities in Japan because he ranked second at the awards without any activities in Japan for three years.”
People responded: “Jae Joong looks good in jeans.” “It’s surprising that he received such an award without any activities in Japan.” “I can see how popular Jae Joong is in Japan.” “Congratulations on receiving the award at the Best Jeanist.”
Jae Joong, who appeares in the film Jackal is Coming with Song Ji Hyo, participated in the red carpet event of the 17th Busan International Film Festival on October 4.
