JYJ’s Kim Jae Joong recently said that he is the worst actor among group members.
On July 5, Kim attended a press conference for MBC’s series Dr. Jin in Gyeonggi-do. Lead actors, Song Seung Hun, Park Min Young, Lee Beom Soo, and Lee So Yeon also attended the press conference.
A reporter asked Kim, “Since all three of JYJ members are working as actors, who do you think is the best actor among them?” Kim answered, “I’m the worst.”
Kim added, “I’ve seen a musical, in which Jun Soo appeared, and TV dramas, in which Yoo Chun appeared, and I think I have to work harder.”
“People think that my character in the series is dull and going through several ordeals but he is just keeping his faith. He is getting stronger and happier so I hope the audience would consider my character is not too pitiable.”
The series is a fantasy medical drama based on the Japanese comic book written by Murakami Motoka with the same title. It is about a modern day Korean surgeon, who goes back in time to the Joseon Dynasty in the 1860s, and works there as a doctor.
