Ahead of their actual comeback performances in South Korea, it has been announced today that Girls' Generation will expand their music into Europe after signing with a record label in France.
On a recent update from the official Twitter account of Polydor France, a music label under Universal Music Group, confirmed that Girls' Generation signed a contract with their company and is set to release an album in France.
Previously, the group joined SM Entertainment's successful concert in the country as they brought along "SMTOWN LIVE WORLD TOUR" at the Le Zenith de Paris last June.
This adds to another international signing for the group, as they have also collaborated with Interscope Records to expand their music in the United States. They are set to release their maxi single "The Boys" in November.
SM Entertainment has yet to comment about this matter.
Meanwhile, Girls' Generation achieves an all-kill chart status for "The Boys" in various music sites in South Korea.
